Refund Policy
At WeiserWare, we strive to make sure that our software will run properly on any computer.
There are literally thousands of computers running WeiserWare software without any problems.
But we fully appreciate that no two computers are ever really
the same, and that you might encounter some difficulties on your
computer that no-one else has experienced.
If you do come across problems, please let us know via an e-mail,
and we will attempt to resolve whatever issue you
might be having with your WeiserWare software.
If we cannot resolve the issue, we will gladly
refund your full purchase price. Upon receiving a refund, you
are obliged to uninstall the registered version of our software
and remove the registered installation program from your computer
and backup media.
Privacy Policy
Placing Orders
If you purchase a product from us, we request certain personally
identifiable information from you on our order form. You must
provide contact information (such as name and e-mail address).
If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information
to contact you. You must also provide financial information (such
as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information
for billing purposes and to fill your orders. We do not retain
any of this financial information. If your personally identifiable
information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you
may correct it or delete it by e-mailing us.
We use an outside shipping company to fulfill CD orders, and a
credit card processing company to bill you for goods and services.
These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally
identifiable information for any other purposes. Your personal
information will never be disclosed to any other third party.
Special Offers and Updates
We will occasionally send you information on product upgrades
or special deals by e-mail, if you indicate that you choose to
receive such information when placing your order. If you no longer
wish to receive our communications, you may opt-out of receiving
them by following the instructions included in each e-mail or by
e-mailing us.
Security
The security of your personal information is important to
us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card
number) on our order forms, we encrypt that information using
secure socket layer technology (SSL). We follow generally accepted
industry standards to protect the personal information submitted
to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.
